With more than 35 years of experience as an executive leader and a proven track record working at the highest levels of sports administration on the global stage, Thierry Weil was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the International Hockey Federation in March 2018. He thinks the values and respect within all levels of hockey are unique, and firmly believes in the potential of Hockey 5s – the five-a-side format of playing hockey – to boost the growth of the sport worldwide.
