Lucy Mills is the co-founder of READY which specialises im innovation, tech and web 3.0 to supercharge women’s sport. She has worked in sport and social impact in Europe and Africa over the past 16 years, including the past 4 years at FC Barcelona. Lucy is a board member of Lewes Football Club in the UK and sits on various advisory boards for initiatives that promote girls and women’s rights in and through sport.
