Charissa started at IFMA over a decade ago, segueing into sports administration from a background in TV production when she stepped into the lead sport administrative role after the position became vacant. Over the years, she has been involved in the development and evolution of the sport and IF. She is most passionate about IFMA’s vision that puts youth & its athletes at the centre of its work and strong belief in transformative power of sport.
